We believe in pushing ourselves, and we believe in giving ourselves a break, too. We’re all about the rush of endorphins and the thrill of the challenge. We’re all for looking great and feeling even better. We’re committed to finding our best fit, and making it stick.

I was catching up on some blog reading last night during my treadmill sesh. When I read Cherie’s newest blog post and saw that I was one of 10 winners for a new pair of Mizuno running shoes, I seriously had to contain my excitement for fear of falling off the treadmill! Doh! {Practice treadmill safety first!} =) A huge THANK YOU to Cherie for hosting this giveaway with Mizuno Running! I’ve only owned one pair before and that was years ago. And just in time too! I was down to my last one and drafting plans on infiltrating PJ’s stash. Looks like his is safe for now. 😉

I can never say enough good things about this little balls of goodness! I use them as a pre- AND post-workout fuel bites and every once in a while, as a snack! I have to brag that there were a couple of other things that got me pretty excited…but you’ll have to wait and see what those were. Don’t worry, you’ll find out soon enough!
