Fit In Fitness Weekly Recap {10/6/12}

Last week was disappointing in terms of my working out. My mornings have been consumed with Little Wheezy as all of you know. Even after work with juggling the time between my dog and her. If you’re just popping in for the first time on my blog, Little Wheezy is a pup that I’m fostering at this time. She’s so adorable!! So, with all that said, I’m glad I was able to at least get in a couple of runs…even if three of my four runs were treadmill only!

Sunday:
Since I missed out on my run for Saturday from the week before, I opted out of the scheduled rest day and jumped on the treadmill for a 3 mile run. Throw in a warm up and cool down lap plus a 2 minute plank and I felt great! So glad I did it.

Monday:
Missed workout

Tuesday:
5k run

Scheduled Rest Day

Thursday:
2 mile treadmill run (plus a warm up and cool down lap)

Saturday:
Five mile run {Have I mentioned my love/hate relationship with my foam roller??} I really struggled to get out the door for this run. I lacked my motivation. Most likely because I had lacked the workouts this week. I don’t know how I did it, but I got my butt out the door. And when I did, it had already started to warm up…bleh. The up side is that I did it!
