
Back in the saddle again! This is the first time in about 2 or 3 weeks that I got in a full five day workout week. Now I need to focus on getting an abs routine fit back in!
Sunday:
Rest
Monday:
Joined in on my first ever Pub Run! I loved it!

Tuesday:
20 min warm up treadmill walk @ a 10% incline, then Back & Bis

Wednesday:
30 minute treadmill nightly run after my volunteer shift at Pawmetto LifeLine

Thursday:
Rest day
Friday:
20 min warm up treadmill walk @ a 10% incline, then Chest, Tris, & Shoulders

Saturday:
Five mile run: it was an easy run out but fought the wind on the way back in!
