Back again for another WIAW?? Yay! Remember when I shared my Saturday {9/15} Farmers Market haul on WIAW last week? Well that’s okay if you don’t so here, let me remind you ———-
Now that your salivary glands memory has been reminded, I’m uber excited to share with you all the yummy eats that we had last week from that haul! Prepare to drool excessively…you have been warned!
The kale & carrots were bought specifically for the following juicing sessions!

kale, apples, carrots, & oranges

same as above except doubled for PJ + a cucumber
The tomatoes and sharp cheddar cheese were used for the following dishes…You may recognize them. {They’re Jenn’s recipes…duh!} Thanks to our fabulous WIAW party host, I totally had a party in my mouth last week.

Irish Nachos
I totally piled on the toppings here…

My rendition of “sliders” {cheeseburger wonton cups}
and “fries” {baked potato}
My toppings? Diced tomatoes, spinach, and cheese!

Crockpot Fire Roasted Marinara Sauce
atop whole wheat spaghetti paired with the infamous
Panko Pesto Mozzarella BALLS!!
Yes, I’m totally head-over-heels crazy over Jenn’s BALLS!!! Who wouldn’t be?! Have you tasted them?? Dude…even PJ is in love with the balls.
Okay, enough innuendos…want to know what I did different? Instead of using canned crushed tomatoes, I used fresh tomatoes. In order to get the crushed effect, I just cut them in half and then grated them to the skin. {Discard the tomato skin.} Voila! Instant crushed tomatoes. We had left overs of the marinara sauce, so I froze the rest for use later!
Here are a few other things that happened last week with some of the goodies!

{Left side from the top}
Hard boiled eggs for snacking
pear, mango, & carrot snacks
gourds on my desk @ work – ’tis the season!
{Right side from the top} BANANAS!
In a smoothie
As frozen bite treats (Thank you Lindsay @ The Lean Green Bean!)
Fried in coconut oil, sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg, & shredded coconut
Here’s what I bought this past Saturday. Don’t forget to come back next WIAWednesday to see what I’m enjoying this week from our meal planning list!
{9/22/12 Farmers Market Haul}
8 apples, 3 kiwis, 7 bananas, pineapple, 9 oranges,
