Get Motivated Mondays: Qtr Mile Leg Workout II



Happy Monday from the beautiful Isle of Palms! I started out my week with a beautiful peaceful run on the beach this morning. If you’ve never had the pleasure of doing so, you must! Not only do you have a beautiful view, but the breeze from the ocean along with my music and thoughts was rather relaxing. It made me wish I lived closer to the beach just so I can run there daily. {dreaming}

I’m going to make this quick because I’m ready to hit the beach! I did this routine this past Thursday because I didn’t want to do anything heavy for my legs.

*Be sure to use a speed that is a little faster than normal but not necessarily a sprint.
