Cause everyone likes burpees, right?!?

Thanks to Electra at VanillaBeanLean.com, I was inspired to join in her challenge of 600 burpees in 6 days. No, you heard me right. I said 600 burpees in 6 days!!

Not sure what a burpee is? Check out Jess’s video over at Blondeponytail.com. She has a great instructional video on 8 variations of burpees. For the challenge, I did what she calls a full burpee.
I challenge you to challenge yourself! Do the burpee challenge! You can break it up however you want throughout the 6 days. I did all my burpees in one session with the exception of the last day. If the 6 days scares you, then tailor it to your fitness level. JUST DO IT! Then come back here and post in the comments your results.
