Get Motivated Mondays: Arms & Shoulders Circuits



It’s been about 4-5 weeks that I’ve been doing my current workout plan and now it’s time to change it up a bit. Here’s what I’ve been doing the past few weeks for my arms and shoulders…

*Be sure to use weight that is challenging but does not compromise your form.

3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise
Complete the circuit before moving to the next.
