
Sunday:
Since I didn’t get a run in on Saturday due to the recovery from PJ’s birthday, I decided to get my butt in gear on Sunday. I even increased my weekend run mileage to 5 miles!

Monday:
Tried a new workout in addition to my daily plank.

Tuesday:
Decided to join in the 600 burpees in 6 days challenge! (+ plank)

Wednesday:
More burpees and daily plank!

Thursday:
…and more burpees and daily plank!

Friday:
Still going strong!

Saturday:
Run day plus the final day of the 600 burpees in 6 days challenge! (+plank)
