
Sunday:
Rest and the daily plank!

Monday:
Beach Run on Isle of Palms! (with my daily plank)

Tuesday:
Rest day but still got my plank done.
The original plan was to do some rock climbing on the indoor wall at Stronghold gym but it was too crowded so we had to put it off for another day.

Wednesday:
2 mile walk on the treadmill at a 10% incline and a plank.
Woke up feeling a little bleh, but still pushed myself to do something since I missed my workout on Tuesday.

Thursday:
1 mile run split in quarter miles in between arms circuits and ended with a plank.

Friday:
A mile warm-up run on the treadmill then Chest & Back Supersets and ended with a plank.

Saturday:
Recovery day! We celebrated PJ’s birthday Friday night with friends, food, and many shots of Tequila and Incredible Hulk. Totally stayed up late and then slept in. Not to worry though, still did my plank!
