Yesterday was scheduled to be my legs & abs day. However, when I woke up I felt the need to run…specifically a treadmill interval routine. I needed a good 50 minute running workout.

So I ran up a good sweat, did a minute and a half plank and got ready to tackle my Tuesday!

In addition to my morning Pro-Sculpt {pre-workout} and Muscle Milk {post-workout}, I also enjoyed a mango banana smoothie for breakfast. Wow…talk about a lot of liquid running through me!

{Breakfast} Smoothie made with frozen mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 container of mango Chobani, and a half scoop of vanilla protein powder. {Snack #1} frozen grapes! {Snack #2} Trix cereal with skim milk {Lunch} pimento cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread

My afternoon snacks aren’t pictured because I was too busy stressing myself out at work trying to get stuff done! But while I was doing that, I got to enjoy a small clementine and a piece of special dark chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth.

After a long day at work and after PJ finished his workout, we treated ourselves to drinks and food from the fabulous Olive Garden!

{He loves me, he really does!
He said he was smiling on the inside! Haha!}

I’m almost always changing whatever it is I order from the menu. Last night I tried the Shrimp Mezzaluna but asked them to add sauteed spinach in it. And it turned out exactly how I pictured it!

I always have a take-home box after eating out.
So, guess what I’m having for lunch today??

How long can YOU plank??
Do you constantly tailor restaurant foods to your needs too?

I love it! :) You're doing a fabulous job on your plank! When I first started I was barely able to hold 20 seconds! Keep up the fantastic job and you'll be way more than a minute in no time!
