Thanks to Lindsay at The Lean Green Bean for sharing Rachel’s trick on making tortilla shells. With that trick, I’ve been enjoying homemade taco salads! Yum!

All you need is a baking muffin pan, cooking spray, and your tortillas! Flip your muffin tin over, spray both sides of the tortilla then push down between the tins and then bake at 425 for about 6-8 minutes.

Voilà! You’re very own taco shell and you didn’t even have to spend $10 to make it! Now all you need to do is dress it up with whatever fillings you want. I’ve been making taco salads, but you can be creative and make several different things with it. Enjoy!
