While walking into Best Buy yesterday, a lady who was walking in at the same time I was and about the same height I am, asked me how tall I was. I didn’t think anything of it since I get it from other short women when they see me riding my motorcycle. And since I rode to my volunteer shift and wanted to swing by Best Buy before heading home, I was still on the bike.
Funny thing is that she didn’t even see me ride in on the bike so that wasn’t why she stopped me. She was just curious, she said, because I was “short like her, thin, and look great.” She even asked me how old I was. She looked to be in her forties. What started out as a simple question, turned into a short conversation about fitness. Right in the middle of Best Buy!
She doesn’t belong to a gym and we talked a little about which exercises you can do without equipment. Based on that conversation, I wanted to share this circuit, all of which can be done right in your living room! Feel free to jump up during commercial break and work it out!
