Today was one of those days that I didn’t want to run, I just wanted to sleep in. You will have days like that…and it’s ok to take a break every once in a while. Listen to your body & be the judge. Just don’t let the break consume you. Dedication & determination is the key. I pushed myself out for a run because my laziness was only mental from having a tough week at work. I’m glad I did because it was what I needed…it was the cure for my defeated mood.
I decided to participate in the Plank A Day challenge. Tuesday was Day 1 and as you can see, I’m still going strong. Let’s see if I can keep it up for at least 30 days. I challenge you all to join in also! Check out my YouTube channel for some videos!
Did you get your fitness in this week?
