I confess...Now matter how easy those videos or step by step instructions make it seem, cleaning squid is harder than it looks. I spent about an hour cleaning a whole box of squid because I was craving calamari. I should now be considered an expert.
I confess...Even though I sometimes complain about this crazy South Carolina weather, I love it when we get a day in January where I’m able to run in shorts and a t-shirt. Luckily those unseasonably warm days fell on the weekend this time and I was also able to enjoy some helmet time!
